Returns and refunds.
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
2. The item must be in the same packaging.
3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items may not be refunded.
5. If the item in question when purchased was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
6. Purchases must be returned within 30 days after delivery in original condition, unused, undamaged and for any reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to us at the address below.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
1. Gift cards
2. Some health and personal care items.
3. Used items
4. Personalised items
5. Commissions
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to the address you originally supply to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. For your benefit and ours, we recommend taking and sharing with us high quality photographs of the item before returning. This helps if there is any additional difficulty with post handling.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
SHIPPING
1. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Please return to the address below.
2. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
3. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary,
5. Please send return items via signed for/tracked/something more reliable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return otherwise.
Items produced in partership with fulfilling print houses may take longer to deliver than items coming directly from the artist's studio.
I do not, as a general rule, undertake personal commissions. However, in that event, no personalised work or commissions may be returned and refunded on completion. A 35% non refundable deposit will be paid before any commission is undertaken.
